I completely differ from all reviews.I didn't found any difficulties to complete my work. My appointment was booked perfectly, excellent support from the IRS officers. They gave me complete information about my work.

Unlike other reviews, this place was great the employees where very professional and courteous , service was fast . Kudos to the lady in front entrance both of them . They where so nice .
very very bad service in this office, the black chubby lady that works in the front desk was being very rude and if she sees this review I hope you know we are not animals we are human beings that are paying you for your damn job. If I give you respect I should be receiving the same as well this is why America is the way it is f**** up because of people like her its a shame that the lady didn't even let me explain myself. if you have a bad day or can't handle this job then quit because there is no need for you to make someone else day bad !!!!!!! and I'm gonna give them one star because there was another lady who was really nice to me that helped me with what I needed so for that thank you although then that , people please treat each other equally with respect. thanks !!!!!
Staff were courteous and helpful. You need to take a number to be queued for service. Tax forms are available.
after seeing the rating of 1.5/5 in google, i went with lot of pessimism.. but it was very effortless experience.. they are very punctual with their appointments.. maintained military discipline.. only thing is, they can smile to customers and treat kids like kids.. but no complaints.. i liked the experience
