Customer service calls are good.. once you can get through their pre-screening which takes forever. VERY ANNOYING PHONE LINE!
Horrible automated line for customer service. Be prepared to spend some time on the phone before speaking to a live person.
I have been a customer at this branch since 2011. I do all my stuff online but on the rare occasions that I needed to be there, it is all good.
Change of address was embarrassing moment the guy had to ask three (3) people before doing it, not happy with this branch
