A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of coming in to Bell Audi and test driving the Q5. The salesman, Gregg Harris, was phenomenal. He was very polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took me for a very thorough test drive (which I especially appreciated) so I could get a true feel for the car (where as other salespeople at other dealers basically have you drive once around the block). Though I did not end up purchasing the vehicle (a bit out of my current price range), I give Gregg high marks for his professionalism and overall great attitude!. If/when I return to Bell Audi, I will be sure to ask for Gregg.

I am sharing a very pleasant experience working with “Kim” and her manager “Keith” at Bell for my new Audi. The professionalism and customer orientation to make everything possible for the customer is beyond superlative. Kim worked with me on my needs for about 3 weeks to ensure all my needs are captured well and I get the best experience with my Audi. She also worked extended hours to help me set up my Audi experience over weekend. Keith ran me through different options to meet my price point. Overall, a fantastic experience...!

Great dealership! Picked up a 2018 Audi Q5 at a very good price. Dealership is clean with a huge inventory to choose from. My sales person Kimberly is awesome, very knowledgeable, super responsive and a pleasure to work with. She was always very quick in resolving any questions. She even came in on her day off to meet with me and make sure my purchase went smoothly. The finance dept. got me a better rate than my credit union. Highly recommended, ask for Kimberly.
