I've honestly never had such a pleasant experience in a store. I came in sort of late, 7pm closing time in 1 hour. I needed advice on what gear to get for a track day, Jenni was extremely knowledgeable and informative the entire time I was there. AWESOME customer Service. I HIGHLY recommend any rider to go in there and poke around. I'm not sure if any of the higher ups at cycle gear read these reviews but if they do, you guys should seriously give this woman a raise, and a promotion. She loves her job. And I ended up spending more money then I ever would have if she wasn't there to guide and assist.
Overall a nice place, got a good deal on a used bike there.
Haven't used their mechanic services for any work yet, but the bike I bought was said to "go through the shop" first. and everything is ship-shape.
