I'm going to give this simply for the staff.
My experience here at Growing Faces Pediatric has been wonderful being that my family have been though really bad experiences. Also as a cancer survivor my fears of doctors and dentist have increased I could not believe the care and attention my children received. My children are so happy that we found such and understanding and attentive place. The great attention starts as soon as you enter the door up until the very end when you are taken care of by the dentist. I am just so happy I found this place.
Dr. Hillel is an amazing dentist! She is super gentle and through, not to mention very patient! Her office is very clean, warm and inviting and very modern. She even has a tablet on the wall for kids to play with while they wait. She has a very calming manor about her, and always answers every single question I have! My kids love coming to her for their check ups, and are even more excited to start their ALF's! We never knew there was an alternative to braces until now! Her staff is also very kind.
They also charge near $100 for a consultation. I walked out because I felt this stuff should have been mentioned on the phone.
I am not sure what the person below is talking about, because Dr. Hillel is fantastic! She is kind, caring, and very through when it comes to explaining why certain procedures are necessary. She was very kind to me and compassionate to my children as well. I was having trouble breastfeeding my baby because he was not latching on. Naturally I was very concerned, so I went to my doctor who recommended I see Dr. Hillel. I was told by my doctor and Dr. Hillel that my child's Frenum was too tight and it needed to be released so he could latch on better and he would have more movement with his tongue. I elected to have the surgery done, and ever since my child has been latching on without any trouble. My insurance also covered most of the procedure so it wasn't much out of pocket for me. I was so happy with how gentle and helpful she was, that I decided to bring my other children in for their check ups. The staff was very competent, and they were very professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Hillel to anyone who wants a doctor who actually cares about her patients!
One of the best pediatric Dentist. She is so caring, intelligent and compassionate. The staff are all awesome. My daughter had a procedure done but we had to go to Hospital later. Dr Hillel came to the hospital to check on my daughter then opened the office for us at night to evaluate her. So impressed.
This does not reflect on the doctor, who I unfortunately couldn't meet. The issue was I was told our insurance covers our procedure over the phone, only to go in and find out that we were out-of-network. There is a huge difference in payout between in and out of network expenses.
