I cannot say enough great things about this UPS Store location! The owners and staff are so friendly, courteous, helpful and welcoming. they always go out of their way to help me out and make things easier. They truly make me feel like an important and valuable customer!! EnPing is especially great. She has helped me multiple times and always provided excellent customer care and support every time I have been there. The location is also very organized and clean. This is an exceptionally great place and I highly recommend it to everyone for their mailing, shipping and packaging needs!

Horrible under "New Ownership". I used to print shipping label free and staffs were nice before that. today, I asked if I can print the label...the staff said $3 to use computer and $1 to print label. so I was like...alright, $1 for label. When its checkout, the stuff charged $4 for total because I used computer plus printing label. Like wth, do I need to use computer to print label. and I am only shipping a small box, probably will only cost $5 to ship without label. NEVER GO AGAIN!

This is my go to UPS store. It’s not the closest location from my house but I go out of my way to come here because of the friendly staff and homey environment. I had Julie design and create my business flyers and was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of her work. She walked me through all the options and was able to produce a product beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend this store now that it is under new management.
