worst place to get flowers for pooja, bad mouth , no services, no constant rates, changes depending on the person, no cleanliness, no on time flowers. Now a days getting lot of allergies especially with their flowers,when my wife wearing on head, it creating itchy and redness on the sculp, after taking out and leaving two days then it is fine.what they mixing and how they getting. please any one report to consumer court. I did already , but needs more complaints.
Come here if u like to mess up with ur delivery before big day. When we went to pick up our order, we were told that they had delivered to our place when we requested for a pick up on the day before the wedding. They keep making excuses and kept delaying us for pick up of my Order from 07:30 pm till 10:00 pm. Made stupid excuses saying shipments are delayed, finally they told us to come at 09:30 for our order pick up, when we reached the store they said shipments is on the way, and saying come back later/ tomorrow morning- so they want us to come gather our order on the day of the wedding. The staff were really rude, not listening and shouting at us. Very unprofessional!
still suggestion stop buying there - nasty service , on phone they say they have but after going there they don't have anything. They charged me three times more what I have to pay, when i asked they never paid back. no answerable .people laugh and talk nonsense . Request to Temples - stop doing business from them, they are not right people to do. we getting allergies from their items especially flowers..............
its true even I had same thing , then i stop buying from that shop. and also as they are not clean and neat environment we don"t know. I know the worker who is working there she said that they mix some thing in the flowers, that is the one causing trouble i believe.
These guys are making fun of us if we ask any questions... my Father was asking one small question as he not aware of where that product is... instead of showing where it is these guys are making fun till we leave the shop...
