My wife and I recently moved and are expecting a baby, so we decided to upgrade our living-room set. We had been eyeing up a particular sofa/love-seat set online that was a little pricy but looked cozy and fit our home design nicely. I started the online application, paid the $25 and had to go to the local store to submit paperwork to complete the lease. Spoke with a very nice lady Carmen and she was very helpful and efficient with the process of getting my items in a timely manner. However, she asked me a question that upset me a bit. She asked: " Why didn't you come into the store? I could've given you 20% off." She further explained that she has in store promos that aren't offered online. I asked if I could switch my order to the in store price bit she said I could not do that. This had me a bit annoyed because 20% of my purchase is roughly $400...which would be handy with a newborn coming. The main thing is that this information is not listed anywhere on the site, nor is there any language stating to check local stores for sales and promotions. Anyway, hopefully that will get addressed. My delivery guys were top notch! Michael and Andy were on time, very respectful of my home and did a great job setting up my items. Michael also made friends with my Bulldog...my dog Ace was very sad when he left...lol. Overall great service, but the pricing and promos need to be visible for people to see in some way going forward. ***Update***I received a call from a Regional Manager, Mike a few days after this review was posted and he went above and beyond to rectify the issue I had. I will gladly change this from a 4* to a 5*...not because of how it was handled, but because of the promptness and professionalism in which it was handled!
This place is NOT the place to do business with.they keep taking money out of my account without my authorization.i l've been paid off my laptop from Aarons since October of 2016. I had an account under my dad and they've been charging me for his stuff he's paying for.when I asked for my money to be placed back on my card the lady on the phone said she couldn't and then lied and said there was an online payment processed under my dad's account.so I asked my dad he confirmed and said no there wasn't.so I had spoke to the manager and he says oh there was a glitch in the system,your card actually wasn't on file anymore so somehow it pulled it up.which makes no sense at all.and now ONCE AGAIN I'm being charged for my dad's items.they don't care about the customers and just want your money.i won't be purchasing anything from them again.
They were such great people ! They work well with what your looking for and work well with the prices . Thanks to them I got the furniture I wanted !!!

These people keep making charges on different cards without authorization and keep trying to tell us that we authorized automatic payments! I will be making a complaint to corporate AGAIN because this is the fifth time that this has happened and the second time they promised me that all the saved cards have been removed from the system. So, unless they store them hand written somewhere (which also makes me super uneasy), they shouldn't be able to process these cards! I will also be making a complaint to the BBB and hopefully get their merchant rights revoked! It's is extremely scary and violating to know that people are using your credit card information to process payments at their discretion without any permission! I would avoid at all costs!
