Well equipped gym. Friendly staff particularly Miguel who helped me out with all my membership questions. There was a time I really needed help with one of the gym equipment and even though Miguel was on his lunch break he kindly took the time to teach me how to operate the machine. Furthermore, I explained to Miguel my fitness goals and together Miguel helped me reach a new fitness expectation for myself. Now I'm more excited than ever to work out at Jersey Strong. Thanks Miguel!
Came to check out the gym, heard good things. Met Miguel who was very easy to talk to, gave a in-depth tour and extremely friendly. I did not feel pressured at all but after speaking to Miguel and the rest of the staff I felt that this gym is for me. VERY SATISFIED with the service and friendliness of Miguel and the rest of the staff at Jersey Strong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
I’ve been a member for almost 5 years. Great gym, clean and well maintained. I wasn’t looking for a trainer, I didn’t feel I needed one. After Peter started working at the gym, he introduced himself and now and then would give me helpful advice and encouragement. You get a free training session for your birthday, so I booked a session with Peter. I was impressed with his training. He showed me things I was doing wrong and how to correct them. I have been working with Peter since May and enjoy my sessions with him and feel I am making good progress. Peter is an excellent trainer and a good guy. I recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
The staff here is very helpful. I went to get information on pricing and Miguel was very informative. He provided great service, answered all my questions before I even asked. I definitely would definitely recommend to ask for him if you have any questions on membership. He will walk you through everything.
I have the best Trainer ever!!!! Peter M. Is awesome. When I started my new job, Peter contacted me to make sure my exercises did not stop even though I wasn't making it to the gym. He is very encouraging and very attentive to his clients.
