Never write reviews but they were that BAD! 3 of us went and we had called the day before to make an appointment as well as asked for the prices. They told us a certain amount and when we went to pay the next day they charged us $10 more per person. They kept saying those were weekday prices. Why would you tell me weekday prices when I made an appointment on a Saturday?? They also took 2 hours to do all 3 of us. The took Caucasian individuals before us even though we had made an appointment and got there before them. Highly disappointed. They kept yelling at the customers and giving attitude. Wasted so much of our time. Never going there again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I LOVE THIS SALON!!! I've tried at least 5 other nail salons in the area & none of them were as welcoming as THIS SALON!!! They are cleaner than others that I've tried as well!! I am SHOCKED that some other customers said the women that work there are rude—I've been going there for years & they have always been SOO sweet to me!! I have however, been there & seen CUSTOMERS being INCREDIBLY RUDE to the staff there!! Some come in 15 minutes before they close & expect to get their nails done when they don't even have an appointment!! Having said that—I've witnessed the staff at the salon take those last-minute walk-ins despite the fact that they are about to close! I've also seen some customers come in with 4-5 people in their party—with NO APPOINTMENTS & get annoyed if they have to wait! And if a customer thinks someone at the salon is "being rough" with them—isn't it THEIR responsibility to tell the person that's doing their nails?? That's what I do if the massage pressure is too hard! I would DEFINITELY recommend this salon—100%!!!
Terrible place, never go there. People are so rude, unprofessional and their work is equally bad too. My daughter’s acrylic nails broke in 2 days and Work looked so amateurish
Seriously the worst nail experience ever! The technicians were barking at us to come sit down the minute we walked in without even letting us pick our colors. Despite asking my manicurist to fix the shape of my nails she ignored me and left my nails looking bumpy and uneven. To top it off she used such thin layers of nail polish you cant still see through to my nails even though I asked her to do a third coat to fix it. As I was getting ready to pay they told me a larger amount than what they quoted me on the phone when I called the same morning and even argued with me without listening to my point. Will never return to this place again! Don't waste your time!
Worst nail sal0n ever!!!! Dont ever go on a Sunday. The worst person in charge with the most terrible staff. The only good people who work there are Anna, Young & Lilly. All they care about is the money. They try to get u in and out! Terrible!!!
