It doesn't matter how many times you speak to the owner, cook, staff, etc., they still will not get your order correct! 9 times out of 10, they deliver the wrong food. The ticket is written correctly which proves that you ordered correctly but the cook and kitchen do not follow their menu at all! They add or remove whatever ingredients they want or feel like that day. I can't even begin to tell you how many times we have called to complain about this. They say it won't happen again but it always does! If you insist on them redelivering your correct order, it's comes cold, nasty, no apology and such an inconvenience to have to go through all that for something so simple. Not to mention that they have never refunded us for incorrect orders that we called about but that they didn't re-deliver. There are so many places who deliver to businesses in our area and we will be glad to give them our business. It's just common sense and normal business practice to stop making the same mistake, with the same customers, over and over again. If you decide to go with them (out of desperation), check your food before the driver leaves!
Their lunchbox meals are pretty good. Great value for the money. Much better than more expensive dive thru options.
