I’ve been here twice. Not Happy either time.
This movie theater was ok. I went to go see Rio with my mom, and we went to sit down and we missed about 3/4 of the movie. The food was ok. It tasted like they went to Ruby Tuesdays then added a little bit of salt. It was nothing I have ever tasted. The service was great! But, if your trying to watch a movie, why would you want someone asking you a million times, "Do you want some more coke?"
Good luck in the bathroom I went there months in between and the same urinal is still wrapped up in garbage bag and there’s still some kind of leak because the floor is always wet.
The food is expensive and sucks. 1st time I had a Cobb salad all I tasted was burned bacon and lettuce. 2nd time I order a Bacon Ranch Burger it was cold and so was the fries. Then I ordered a refill for my coke which cost $5.15 took them over 20 minutes. I pressed the red light boom, there was my coke. So I guess it was sitting in the back.
Not the best theater service.. The only reason we gave it a 2 star review was due to one employee being very nice and fixing one small part of an issue.
One of my popular spots to go with my girls. Food is pricey but tasty. Alcohol drinks are weak, desserts are also weak. Food is hot though and most waiters are quick to serve if theater is not too full. It's a cool experience to get food while in a movie. We mostly order small plates and they are affordable. Plenty of parking but it can be away. Bathrooms are surprisingly clean.
Wouldn't come back to this location. Food wasn't awful though. Sushi is decent here.
One of my favorite places to go and watch a movie. The atmosphere is nice, and clean. My favorite part is how they deliver the food to YOU, and it's not your regular theater food, its actually high quality. The staff are very nice too!!
Such a beautiful mall but the movie theater doesn’t match. Needs upgrades.
The food we ordered came out incorrect, pressed the button and she never came back. Charged us for 2 drinks when we only ordered one (this is what the other employee later fixed). The server was not polite at all. Seemed annoyed by us when we asked one question.
They need to get the service fixed ASAP. Fix the lighting as well feels like I’m walking on mold or something or maybe it’s the carpet.
