Pet Supplies Plus, please retrain your employees! With this kind of service, rather go to petsmart and petco. I asked a kind employee who was greeting at the front door and the rude woman's name is Sue. Beware. And if possible, SUE, please get off your high horse! As a supervisor you should be setting a steller example for the other employees!!

The dog bath is great ! 3 different shampoos. Blow dryer is like a leaf blower but warm . Dries your dog quick ! Towels and aprons are also provided . Only 5 bucks if you buy 5 . Well worth not cleaning up the hair in your tub .
Great deals, clean shop since it just opened, but rude workers! I asked an employee who was staying around the bird section to change their water. The response was, "Why are you asking me?" WOW, you work here right? You were behind me, made eye contact with me. Address the issue or guide me to the proper person. I see you wearing the black uniform with the words, "Pet Supplies Plus" in green. Even if it is not your section, reply with tact and politeness as I have shown you. The other employee behind her was no help either and stayed quiet. What lazy workers.
