Clean enough but won't allow dogs over 25 lbs. Big strike against it.

Love living here@ Edison Mobile Estates.The Management and staff (workers) really run this community the way it should be run. All my neighbors are friendly and helpful. Best part is it's peaceful and Quiet here. Just what I wanted when I moved here.
This is Edison's best kept secret. I have never been happier in my life since i moved here. Very quite & safe community .People here look out for each other. Its way cheaper than rent & you get to own your home in due time. AWESOME management very understanding & will help you out anytime you need it. I HIGHLY recommend this too all my friends!!!!
We are located right off Route 1 and close to everything you can think of.
The homes themselves are beautiful as you can see in the posted pictures.
It is beautiful here in this park, it is always kept very clean by our great maintenance men and they are always here to help. I am a senior citizen and they have helped me in the past and I do appreciate that very much.
I would definitely look us up if you're looking for a clean and beautiful place to live and want to stay out of apartments with tenants below or above you, living here is much more private and no having to walk into hallways.

My Mom has lived here for 30 years. My sister lived here also. This is a great place to live. The owners take very good care of the park and are making some wonderful new updates. It is a pleasant place to live and my Mom feels very safe here. Also it is so conveniently located. A quick jump to the Garden State Parkway, The NJ Turnpike, Route 287, Route 18, etc.
I highly recommend looking at some of the new Mobile homes as they are gorgeous & very spacious.
I first moved into a one bedroom home and lived there for 14 years but then decided I wanted a larger home so I moved across the street into a two bedroom home and have been here ever since.
