Don't waste your time . 2 hour wait for a doctor with no bed side manner and a recommendation of over the counter meds for URI what a joke! My reccomendation find an urgent care where they care about their patients!
There is nothing urgent about this place. Prepare to spend hours there waiting to be helped - even if your the only patient. They are so rude to everyone. The staff, nurses and doctors could care less about you too. They've had me and family members waiting in the back room alone for an hour twice now. Don't waste your time.. go to a place that actually wants to help you!! This place is a joke. Such a joke.
I honestly haven't had a bad experience here ever. I've been using this clinic for about 3 years now (since they moved from Woodbridge) and there's never been a wait issue or anything. The longest I've wait was probably an hour but that was because there was 3 people ahead of me. The staff has always been helpful as well as the Nurses and Doctors I've seen. I've gone in at opening and have been seen immediately and I've gone near closing and still have been seen immediately. No complaints here.
Me and my husband got appmnt for 8am morning for our annual physicals...its 9.41 am still we r waiting for the doctor to visit. Its ridiculously aweful experience !!
Very disappointed!! My brother went there yesterday with whooping cough, a nurse practitioner saw him and misdiagnosed, even upon family's request she didn't pay much attention. I won't recommend this place at all, it's a waste of money and time.
