I don't usually do reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. This storage place used to be called Arthur's Storage but it's now called Prime Storage. With the new name came new owners and the quality went downhill. The old staff was friendlier and they took care of the place like it was their own. They kept it clean and it didn't smell like an old basement the way it does now. The storage units are fine and are still in great condition. I'm speaking solely on the way the place is kept up. There's a distinct stale odor now that u can smell as soon as u walk in & the floors still have dirt and spills on them since the day new ownership came in.
Very convenient
Great experience. The people up front are great. The girl, think it is Marti, is super friendly and helpful. I move around a bit and use storage facilities. This one is clean and managed. Most are not clean. This one is a bit hot for climate controlled, but acceptable.
