Good station.. very appreciated shopkeeper lady. Platform is long so you are not having any fear to trap in train when going out because all coach will open.
Very close to my house. Plenty of trains in and out of NYC stops here. Easy connection to PATH and other NJT lines through Newark Penn Station. Elevators and wheelchair accessible ramp are available at this station, as well as restrooms. No agent at this location, only ticket machines.There is a little convenience store with snacks, coffee and cold drinks. There is lottery sold here.
Love my Edison Train Station. Great little spot for coffee in the morning while waiting for your train..
Very poor condition of the platform. Dirty bathrooms! NJ Transit is not taking care of Edison Station. Metal Plates on Platform edge are in poor condition.
Lacks cleanliness and the platform needs some maintenance. Also, not enough daily parking available to park your car if you plan to take a train to work in the morning. Huge waiting list for the reserved spot. They should seriously work for the convenience of the passengers.
