I was introduced to this agency by my Brother who used this location many times..I have rented from them for the past 3 years, whenever I am in the New Jersey area. For me, firstly, they have a wonderful location...easy accesses from main roads & public transportation. When making reservations they are always friendly & helpful. When I arrive for my car it is always ready & I am always satisfied. When returning the car the process is always quick & easy...no hassle. What more could I ask for ??? I will continue to use this agency & recommend them or all my rental needs...
when we came back to retrieve our car, they boxed our car in and no one successfully helped us. We were calling Budget for hours because nobody offered any helpful solutions. We were told if we parked our car in a specific place, then they wouldn't box us in. They obviously must have forgotten.

Great customer service
Guy behind the counter signed me up for "Supplemental Liability Insurance" after I verbally declined all insurance. My fault for not catching it on the contract but still kind of gross. I've rented many times from this company and others and have never had this happen. Watch out for these guys. Also insist on walking around the car to view any scratches/damages before leaving
