Awesome place with some very good people working here. They work as if they own the shop and ensure everybody goes out there with a smile. Always energetic and happy. Have been going there since last 8 months and they never seem to disappoint me. So sad their weekend deals are gone will visit them once it kicks back!
I booked a rental in advance. When I got to the location, there was only one rep working in the front. The manager and someone else were sitting in the back, laughing and joking around while there were a few customers waiting to pick up their rentals. After approximately 30 minuets or so, the manager FINALLY came out front and started assisting customers. When it was my turn, I was taken to the SUV reserved for me. As soon as the door was opened, the smell of cigarette smoke assaulted us. I am a non-smoker. The only other vehicle they had was a mini-van. I stuck with the SUV, sprayed it down with lisol and frebreeze, and left the windows down overnight. Got up at 2am the next morning for my trip and low and behold, the low tire pressure indicator was on. I put air in the tire, got to my destination, put air in the tire, next day, more air...twice, day after....air three more times...see where this is going????
Car wasn’t ready and had to wait 20-30 minutes and it only had 1/4 tank of gas. The car was a dud, in addition to being uncomfortable my phone charger didn’t work in it. More importantly, once I got on the highway, it sputtered after reaching speeds over 50 mph. Didn’t feel comfortable driving it 500 miles so I had to stop and get a replacement. 3 locations later I had to downgrade from an suv to a compact. Travel was last minute because of unexpected death/funeral and my Enterprise experience made an already stressful and upsetting day unnecessarily worse, and delayed my trip by at least 90 minutes.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. When I first arrived, there were several people ahead of me and of course they had issues. The Enterprise employee gave them each his full attention despite the growing line which is very commendable. The representative that helped us was sort of new but still very courteous. She was able to consult with a manager who was frantically trying to help a stranded person on the phone. I would have given 5 stars but our wait was pretty long. Also I think normally 3 front desk people would be sufficient. I gave 4 because despite the wait the customer service was really good. Additionally their website noted that the time we went, just before lunch on Monday, was a busy time. If you are in a big rush, try to coordinate your pickup with a slower time.
Friendly staff and generally quick service. I am in and out within 10-15 minutes during most visits. The occasional end of business weekend pickup can be chaotic, but that is expected.
Rental rates weren’t competitive. Insurance cost more than the rental fee. Ridiculous $180 fee if I wanted to switch my reservation from round-trip to one way. I’ve had pleasant Enterprise experiences before, but have no desire to rent from Enterprise any time soon, especially not this location.

Service overall is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient, especially when customers come along with a battery of questions. Beyond business, the team has a great sense of humor and always greet customers during pick-up or drop-off with a smile, which makes people feel welcome, more at home, like family.
Needless to say, I rent vehicles often, but I will never use Enterprise again. National is where I will spend my money.
The cars are always clean and in good condition. There may have been one instance where the previous renter of my car was a smoker, but they were quick to offer alternatives.
