We have stayed multiple times. The rooms and lobby have been updated. Staff without exception have been helpful and polite. Bistro has good food and the store is well stocked. Even the rooms that face the turnpike are quiet.
Basic hotel with great staff. I've stayed here once a week for the past few months and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. They may have renovated a few years ago, but it appears to be a furniture upgrade only (TV, light fixtures, desk) as the rooms, hallways and lobby still have an old (dingy, not rustic or nostalgic) feel. They don't offer room service and the lids for the coffee cups in the room never fit. (I've pointed this out to them several times.) The beds are clean, food is pretty good and it's quiet enough for a good night's sleep (unless you're bothered by the nearby highway noise). Not much to write home about. It's a hotel.
I am a gold Marriott member and have never received such poor followup to such a severe incident. I never received an apology, free stay, points or even a simple gesture of goodwill. Coincidentally our corporate headquarters is less than 10 miles from the hotel and I have posted this on our company website and community board. In a world where we have so many choices, what would possess a hotel chain from not enforcing a strategy of goodwill?
I had a wonderful stay! The bed felt so wonderful. And maintenance, Rolando, help me figure out the problem I was having when I was connecting my Playstation. Thank you Courtyard for such a wonderful experience. I will be back!

Three weeks ago I had my wheel and tires stolen in front of the entrance to this hotel. In the middle of the night, my vehicle was put on blocks just feet away from the main entrance.
The hotel itself was clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed a quiet night's rest. I gave this for stars because the breakfast was really unacceptable for the price they charge and maybe at any price since the eggs and other breakfast items were merely warmed up not cooked there at the time we ordered it. Otherwise we had no complaints with this overnight stay and we might stay there again but not eat there.
The General Manager Maria White that responds to all of these reviews never responded to me for an incident that happened just 3 weeks ago. I gave her multiple opportunities but NO RESPONSE so do not be fooled. I also contacted the Marriott corporate center and reported the incident and they said that she would be in contact but received NOTHING.
