Was very upset with today's experience . had to go to four different counters to pay my bill in the bag section, each cashier sending me to another one saying that they are very busy . I could understand that if they were really busy but both the ladies in the bag section had only one customer with them.Finally after walking around from cashier to cashier one particular gentleman helped me. Don't want to encounter such an experience again, don't think it is good for customer satisfaction and the reputation of the store.
I usually buy Calvin Klein apparel but I have found that most of the collection were things that were in the store last year. Very disappointing. Seems like they are focusing on the younger generation with all of the other merchandise.
Good collection...but lot of planning needed to get best deal... instead they can be fair in price...

I bought a dress in this store and when l needed it I noticed that the zip was broken. I took it back to exchange and I was informed that it was not possible. So a manager named Tessy was called and she came down to tell me that she can't exchange it. She started advising me to buy another dress from the same store. Such a mean manager and a mess up store with bad policy. Customer since 09.
