I love Nordstrom but this location has moderate inventory for women’s clothing. For instance no semi formal blouses whatsoever- only very formal gowns no blouses- except in the plus size department and more lounge, casual attire and even that is sparse. Limited inventory especially for the size of the store.
Janiel in Nordstrom was extremely helpful in getting to better know my blazer fittings! Her product knowledge and witty charm make her an excellent saleswoman! Promote her! Fire her boss if you have to, she's an obvious awesome asset!
The Staff is always polite and courteous. They even allow me to return items not from that specific department, making it easier for me. They really are Customer Service oriented!
