Dropped my car off for two new front tires The associate was friendly, professional and called me as soon as my car was done. While walking the store I over heard two other associates talking about dragon ball super and I joined in the conversation. The staff at this location is a shining example of how Wal-Mart is one of the best places to shop for all of your needs and have a great experience no matter how big or small.
Visited the WalMart Service center. The trainee was training a trainee. They both seemed lost. Stood in line forever to tell them all I wanted is a battery installed. Meanwhile other customers were already in line when i got there. Who knows how long they were waiting and they weren't happy either After them finally taking in my car I had to wait 20 minutes to pay. They needed a customer service rep to do an override. Took 20 minutes for someone to come. The mechanics were nice and seemed to be helpful. Don't understand why they have no one in charge at the counter on a weekend. It's done and over and I'll probably never go back.
Management is great, although the customer service desk was staffed by unknowable employees. The greeters are always cheerful and most of the cashiers are good. Currently remodelling and expanding, so things are a bit confused
Great deals and variety and competitive pricing is Walmart !!
As Walmart goes, this one is pretty good. There is fresh produce available here -- although it isn't necessarily the freshest -- and a fairly good selection of other groceries. It's a good place to stock up on paper products or to find inexpensive household goods.
Never felt it to b a huge convenient store.. find good stuff here..
