Every time we visit Sam Ash, the employees are very helpful and completely knowledgeable about the products. My son is 13 and just started playing guitar a few years ago. Now that he is getting better at playing, he wants more accessories for his guitar. My son was asked right away if he wanted to try out the products he was interested in, and it made him so happy that someone cared enough to spend their valuable time with him!
