I have been searching for the right wrist watch for a few years. I did not think to look in a shopping mall at a retailer but happened to be there on Black friday of this year. Saw a few nice watches and was very impressed at the politeness of the staff working that day. A few months later I returned to the store and again was impressed with the way I was treated by the staff. They were very knowledgeable and did not push me to buy anything at the store.
Finally, I returned a month later and decided to purchase an Omega watch with Safa Jewelers. For the fact that they made me feel comfortable and gave me the best deal in the area. Would highly recommend for any watch or jewelry needs and will be back again when I am ready to purchase another watch.

We went to return it and they refused because they have an exchange and store credit only policy. They duped my fiance into the purchase and we will now find another place to buy our wedding rings and wedding presents to one another.
At first they were extremely professional and personable. My fiance and I went to look once to get an idea of what we like for our wedding rings and they treated us extremely well. My fiance returned there because of the great customer service we had experienced to buy me a surprise for my birthday. The manager told my fiance to buy me something and if I didn't like it he could return it. When my fiance showed me my surprise I wanted to return it and get something else because it was a wedding ring - that is not a birthday present.
Moe and his brother Emad really went above and beyond for a custom request for me. They priced everything out for me and my total came to a price I was happy with. They sent me custom diagrams and drawings of my request. They were excellent in communication throughout the whole process and would not hesitate to go back. They are extremely helpful and wonderful gentlemen.
Mo and his brother were a delight to deal with. Right from the get go they gave my brother and I a highly competitive deal for omega speedmaster professionals. If you're in the area for a luxury watch, definitely check them out, you'll get the best deal by far. The staff was friendly and responsive. I look forward to future business.
EDIT: They ended up honoring what they told my fiance in the first place and in the end they did the right thing...we just had to hold them to their word.
